You provide Verso Skincare, Selego AB, a Swedish company under registration number 556857-8206 (hereinafter \"Verso Skincare\"), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in Verso Skincare's sole discretion and without any obligations to you, to use your pictures or videos on which you have responded with #yesversoskincare, hereinafter referred to as ”your content\", in their marketing and / or advertising, including inter alia the right to reproduce, distribute, alter and edit your content. Furthermore, you give Verso Skincare your consent to use content where you can be identified for marketing and / or advertising purposes, according to the Swedish Act on Names and Pictures in Advertising (Sw: Lag om namn och bild i reklam (1978:800)).
You hereby certify that (i) you own all rights to your content, (ii) you have been granted permission from any person appearing in your content to transfer the rights herein, and (iii) the use of your content by Verso Skincare will not violate any third party's rights or violate any law.
Hereby, you release Verso skincare from all obligations to pay you for the use of your content and the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above-described uses, thereby freeing and agreeing to keep Verso Skincare and all persons acting for Verso Skincare free from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the content as described above.
Swedish law governs these terms and conditions, where competent courts in Stockholm shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of them.
If you want to withdraw consent to share your pictures with Verso Skincare, you must contact us by clicking on the \"i\"-icon in the lower-left corner in your shared image published on our website. The icon will link you to a form where you can submit your request to withdraw your consent.
